Hostinger Titan Email 2026: Pricing, Features, and How to Set It Up

Hostinger Titan Email (2026): Pricing, Features, and How to Set It Up

hostinger Titan

Titan Email is a business email service built by Titan, a company separate from Hostinger, and sold through Hostinger as an add-on or standalone product.

It gives you an inbox at your own domain, like hello@yourbusiness.com, along with tools built for professional communication rather than personal email.

The features that show up across Titan’s plans include:

  • Read receipts that confirm when a sent email has been opened
  • Send Later, for scheduling emails to go out at a specific time
  • Follow-up reminders on emails that have not been replied to
  • Email templates for responses you send often
  • A built-in calendar for scheduling with your team
  • Anti-spam filtering on every inbound message
  • Native apps for iOS and Android, plus full access from a browser

If you are only comparing Hostinger against other providers rather than deciding between Hostinger’s own email products, our Hostinger review covers the wider hosting lineup in more depth. That would also be a good time to check for any available Hostinger coupons.

Titan Email vs Business Email, Which Is Which

Here is where a lot of people get tripped up. Hostinger’s main website does not list “Titan Email” anywhere in its product navigation.

Under Products, then Email and Marketing, you will only see Business Email, Email Marketing, and Google Workspace, no mention of Titan by name.

That’s not an oversight. Business Email is Hostinger’s public-facing name for the free entry-level tier, the 2 mailboxes per domain that come included with new hosting plans.

Titan only shows up as a named product once you are logged into hPanel, since it is the paid tier you land on when you upgrade past what Business Email includes. The two are not competing products. Business Email is the free starting point, and Titan Business, Enterprise, and Enterprise Plus are the paid plans built on the same underlying service.

In practice, this means you will not find Titan by browsing Hostinger’s marketing pages. Search for it directly instead and you land on hostinger.titan.email/login, a login page that confirms the mailbox is “Powered by Titan,” proof that Titan is a separate provider running underneath Hostinger’s branding rather than a Hostinger product built in-house.

Inside hPanel itself, you get to it by going directly to More Services and selecting it from the Email and Marketing category, which is the path covered below.

Where to Find Titan Email in hPanel

Titan Email is not listed alongside the main hosting products in hPanel. It sits under More Services, inside the Email and Marketing category, next to Business Email, Hostinger Reach, and Google Workspace.

Can You Buy Titan Email Without Hosting?

Yes. I confirmed this directly with Hostinger support, and it is one of the more useful things to know before you commit to a plan.

Titan Email can be purchased as a standalone product, and you do not need a Hostinger hosting plan to use it.

What you do need:

  • A domain you control. Registered with Hostinger or with any other registrar
  • Access to that domain’s DNS settings. So you can add the mail records Titan requires
  • A Titan Email subscription. Purchased on its own or alongside hosting

If your domain is registered elsewhere, you can still use Titan by pointing the DNS records Hostinger provides to your existing registrar. A hosting plan is optional, not a requirement.

One limitation worth knowing if you already have a Hostinger hosting plan. If your domain currently uses Hostinger’s free Business Email, you cannot switch it to a free Titan plan. Titan requires its own paid subscription even if you already have email active on that same domain.

Signing Up for Titan Email

The signup flow starts by asking which domain you want to attach the mailbox to.

If the domain you want already has an active email service on it, Hostinger flags that and offers free subdomains as an alternative, useful if you want to test Titan without disrupting an inbox that is already working.

Titan Email Pricing and Plans

Once you have picked a domain, Hostinger shows three plan tiers, all priced per mailbox.

Takeaways

A few specifics worth knowing before you pick a tier:

  • Titan Business covers the basics well: grammar and spell check, 50 read receipts, 3 email templates, 3 external forwarders, a shared calendar, two-factor authentication, and custom DKIM for email authentication
  • Titan Enterprise adds unlimited read receipts and templates, send later, priority inbox, follow-up reminders, HTML in the composer, and auto-clean
  • Titan Enterprise Plus adds AI-assisted writing, an invoice builder, email backup, an AI email summary tool, and 50 GB of separate Titan Drive storage on top of the mailbox storage

The listed prices apply when you purchase a 12-month term. Shorter terms cost more per month, and mailbox pricing scales per seat, so a 5-person team on Titan Business pays five times the per-mailbox rate rather than a flat team fee.

What Checkout Actually Looks Like

Selecting a plan opens a checkout modal rather than taking you to a separate page. This is where billing term, mailbox count, and payment method all get finalized before you confirm.

The checkout screen makes the cost difference between billing terms clear immediately. Choosing 1 month instead of 12 months on Titan Business roughly doubles the effective monthly rate, since the discounted per-mailbox price only applies to the longer commitment.

The mailbox quantity selector also sits right on this screen, so adding more seats for a team does not require starting the signup over.

Creating Your First Mailbox

Once a Titan Email plan is active on your account, setting up an actual mailbox happens inside hPanel rather than on Titan’s own site.

  • Open hPanel and go to Emails
  • Find your domain and select Mailboxes, then Email Accounts
  • Click Create Email Account or Add Mailbox
  • Enter the mailbox name you want, for example hello, which becomes hello@yourdomain.com
  • Set a password and confirm it
  • Click Create

From there, mailboxes are accessible two ways. The three-dot menu next to the address in hPanel has an Access Webmail option, or you can go directly to hostinger.titan.email/mail using the mailbox address and password.

If your domain is registered outside Hostinger, activation is not instant. Hostinger provides the MX, SPF, and other DNS records Titan needs, and you have to add those to your external registrar’s DNS zone yourself, then wait for DNS verification before the mailbox goes live.

Free Mailboxes With New Hosting Plans

Titan Email is not always a separate purchase. Hosting plans bought since March 2025 include 2 free mailboxes per domain for the first 12 months, giving new customers a working business email address without an extra charge.

After that first year, upgrading to one of the paid Business plans is required to keep the advanced features, though the mailboxes themselves do not simply disappear.

Hosting plans purchased before that change follow different limits, which are shown directly in hPanel rather than on the pricing page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Hostinger Titan Email free?

Not on its own. New Hostinger hosting plans include 2 free mailboxes per domain for the first 12 months, but a standalone Titan Email subscription starts at $1.99 per mailbox per month on a 12-month term for the Business plan.

Can I use Titan Email without buying Hostinger hosting?

Yes. Titan Email can be purchased as a standalone product with any domain, whether it is registered with Hostinger or another provider. A hosting plan is not required.

What is the difference between Titan Business, Enterprise, and Enterprise Plus?

Business covers core features like read receipts, templates, and two-factor authentication with 10 GB of storage. Enterprise adds unlimited read receipts and templates plus send later and priority inbox with 50 GB of storage. Enterprise Plus adds AI writing tools, an invoice builder, and 100 GB of storage plus a separate 50 GB Titan Drive.

How do I set up Titan Email on my domain?

Purchase a Titan Email plan through hPanel under More Services, select your domain, and complete checkout. If your domain is hosted elsewhere, add the MX and SPF records Hostinger provides to your registrar’s DNS settings, then create mailboxes in hPanel under Emails once the domain verifies.

Can I switch from Hostinger's free Business Email to Titan Email on the same domain?

You can add Titan Email to a domain that already has free Hostinger email, but you cannot convert the free plan into a free Titan plan. Titan requires its own paid subscription regardless of what email service the domain already has.

Is Titan Email the same as Hostinger Business Email?

They are part of the same product family rather than separate competitors. Business Email is Hostinger’s name for the free tier included with new hosting plans, while Titan is the paid tier you upgrade to for more storage and features. Titan does not appear in Hostinger’s main site navigation, it only shows up by name once you are inside hPanel.
