Using this service was my biggest mistake
Atak BANNED my account while I was managing my domains. I tried to reach the support, but I received only an automatic reply to my request. They didn't offer me a refund!

SCAM COMPANY
IS A SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT BUY. I bought two domains and they have been on the waiting list for more than 60 days. I have asked for a refund and they won't give it to me. I told them that I will write negative reviews if they don't give me the refund and they deleted my support ticket. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. BAD EXPERIENCE.

Awful experience!
We have used hosting services for about 10 months, the support is almost non-existent in holidays, if you get into trouble with your hosting service and it happens to be a holiday, no one answers the phone or your support request ticket!
We have migrated our whole data from their servers to another hosting.

They have sold me a domain knowing that I am not eligible to use it. I'm still waiting for a refund. They seems to ignore my messages. Ticket system is inefficient.
