Great potential but serious concerns about reliability and change management
I'm renting a first VPS since April 2023. The performance in terms of compute, io and network throughput are well above the competition for very attractive prices. The panel is very convenient to use and offer nice features, such as virtual KVM or host level stateful firewall.
However, recently the service has become flaky. On June 14th 19:00 UTC, the company faced a major blackout that lasted 6 hours, during which all the hosted services were unreachable, including even the BlazingFast website, panel and authoritative NS. A similar situation happened on June 12th 17:30 UTC for 3 hours.
Then, on June 18th, legitimate IPSEC traffic started to be randomly blocked, preventing my VPS from reaching its backends, and as a consequence rendering it pretty much useless. I opened a ticket the same day to which the support replied the issue was related with DDoS protection and should be fixed soon. Later, the ticket was closed with no further explanation, but the issue wasn't resolved, it is still there today despite having reopen the ticket a day ago. Obviously a disruptive change was rolled out without informing customers of new restrictions, and the team hasn't been able to troubleshoot or rollback 6 days after it was reported.
In the aftermath of this i have started looking for another provider to help me keep meeting my reliability goals. I would speculate that the company is currently faced with challenges that impair its ability to deliver a reliable service and rollout orderly ops. In any case it is better to avoid them for the time being, until the situation comes back to normal.
DDOS Protection is horrible, low cant handle 1gbps attack, i was waiting for support answer for lot of hours till they answered and now they just ignoring me and large price for that sh... BTW on website they have support online 24/7/365
No answer to abuse emails When trying to contact them via support@blazingfast.io the ticket will be closed and there will be forwarded to the abuse adress which is a black hole
Avoid this hoster only if you are a scammer you would like it !

It's a bit expensive and there are short-term downtimes, but their protection is really awesome and support engineers respond quickly. The attackers terrorized me for a month and demanded money, I had experience using ddos-guard,cloudflare,stormwall-all of them sooner or later became unavailable, but blazingfast was able to mitigate their attack during the day

Garbage host has no protection at all. Their uplinks = cogent. Before they was protected by Voxility. Support never answer now my website is down for 8th hour because their shared cpanel hosting is being ddosed.

The DDoS protection of them is verry strong. I recommend buying reverse proxy from them, your site will be un down able. Their hosting is also amazing super fast servers for just an 5 euro hosting. I used much other hostings like Namecheap, DDOS GUARD (HOST) and OVH servers but this one was the best. I really like the support team. They are helping verry fast.

Ordered 3 month of dedicated server - after one month of usage server gone offline because they are "performing a maintenance of our services" and support didn't tell me when server will be online. Request for refund was refused. I think there are scammers
