I paid, I was redirected to the main page and nothing happened, I still haven't received my vds, support doesn't respond, I think this is a blatant scam
I transferred my domain to bulletproofhosting and paid/renewed 3 year advance in 2021. They didn't renewed my domain in 2022 and let it expired. Someone else registered my domain so I reached out to them how this happened, they are not responding to my tickets. STAY AWAY from them. They are behind your money not customer satisfaction.
I Order for my hosting, and they ask me to wait 3 days bcz its taking time for some software installation, its 4th day now, and they did't reply on skype i have his skype and mobile number to but they do not picking the call. they are totally scammer.
i will strongly advice anyone NOT to deal with this website, its a total scam, before you buy a package from them , they are friendly and nice, once you pay and start using there service, you will encounter different issues and it will take them almost 3 days to reply your many lines question with just 2 lines or 1 line of answer, they never find a solution, everything on the site is fake, do not fall for it or believe they have any cyber bunker, all other 4/5 star on other websites are fake. currently my ticket has been opened for 4 days and no one is doing anything about my request and you call this service? total scam
