Fast, good and affordable. I don’t know about support, as I have not used it. I can easily manage it myself with the nameservers which I had to set to ns1.deedeehost.com and ns2.deedeehost.com as I registered my domain elsewhere (namecheap).
With Deedeehost for about 3-4 years, support is more focused towards sales, billing and accounting, but that's fine as I'm a web developer and this is my task, not theirs to figure out which WP plugin is messing up my site.
So far in all these years, my website has never been down/offline, and the prices are cheap (for a provider that offers cpanel, as this is a must for me).
My small Thailand based company website (I am a daytrader with a portfolio for my clients) was originally at a differerent Thailand based hosting provider and had downtime nearly every day when checking on uptimerobot. I can't tell the name, but it was horrible, sometimes for 1 minute and sometimes for an hour even! After moving to DeeDeeHost my website (so far after 4 months) has only been down 2 times between 1am and 1:15 am on the night of Sunday to Monday morning, which was a scheduled update, and I was informed by email about that a few days prior to that.
I haven't contacted the support directly yet, so I can't tell how well their English is, but at least the comunication from them to me as their client is very well!
I used to be with a different hosting in thailand, and my website was down few times a week or very slow. I’m happy I moved to this provider, it’s much faster and their live support is fast and friendly, I started a chat on the website and was already amazed that they were still working in the evening. I can highly recommend them and not only because of their prices
Best server pricing in Thailand, with great network speed and management control panel. Have worked closely the the management team on a major project, excellent responsive support.
Finally a place where I can host my WordPress website for just 249 baht per year, I must say and add to that, that despite their absurd low pricing, I do get back more in terms of quality support/service as well as 100% uptime as my website hasn't been offline compared to any other web hosyting thailand companies (I'm using Uptimerobot to check this)
Been with the people behind Deedeehost for some years, when they were operating under a different (which they still do) but dedicated to Singapore. However, since my website visitors are 80% coming from Thailand, I'm having much faster loading speed. Keep up the great work guys!
