Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company's services. Not only are the servers weak, but the technical support is also lame. The prices are high compared to the quality. They ask you to pay extra for additional server power.
Go with dhosting if you have time and money to waste.
We paid for dhosting.com by going for the dynamic edge as it sounded very good and flexible. For the first 1 month it went okay. In the subsequent 2 weeks, my sites were down for more than 5-7 hours couple of times. I have had performance issues with databases and servers being very slow. We also faced "page not found" errors while downloading backups from dpanel, and were not able to connect to ssh for 3 weeks inspite of opening support tickets. There are some serious hosting issues with dhosting. We also lost a couple of potential customers due to these issues. Support is very slow and they dont respond fast. SSH connection issue was resolved after 3 weeks.
I raised a ticket 3 weeks back asking for account cancellation and refund and was also acknowledged that I would get it. But nothing has happened since then. No refund yet. I expected any company to do better than this. They dont care about customers and my $205 is still with them, and they dont seem to care about issuing the refund or replying to my ticket about the same.
Go with dhosting if you have time and money to waste.
This provider has been recommended on another site, so I started using their hosting. I have installed a new website quite easily using their automatic one click install, with the help of their support I could set everything up just the way I wanted to. Now I have everything set up so I don’t even have to worry about managing my site.
I used to have a dedicated server for my online store, managed by my administrator, because of the advice I received. Right now I can say I was overpaying by a lot. I migrated my sites to dhosting, and bought the dynamic edge, and I get billed based on my usage which is fair, and saves me money. With the help from their staff I don’t need to have someone manage my server for me, I can just rely on their support.
They have a nice website, and a nice user interface for their management panel. You also get live data from the server once you log in so you know exactly how much CPU and RAM you are currently using. So know exactly what is going on with my service at any given moment. I’m staying with them for longer.
I have used dhosting.com for a couple of months now. Works great, I’m glad I have found them. I like their hosting package it’s simple, and easy to understand once you get the gist of it. They offer one robust packet which is Dynamic Edge at it’s base it gives me a lot of resources to work with, at the same time if I ever need to get more resources for a sale even on my site I can always use their resource AutoScaling feature which gives me as much power as I need.
I moved from go daddy because of limits on their hosting service. dhosting is the combination of cloud computing service with shared hosting so you can manage your website just like in cpanel, but you can have unlimited resources (like in AWS).
