Hosterbox took payment by PayPal but their invoice software did not match up the payments to the invoices. Several support tickets are still sitting their unanswered weeks after being raised and emails are just ignored. Very poor service.

Weekly downtime, No answers on Tickets since months
I would not recommend to Host anything at Hosterbox because the Last 2 months I had arround 10x downtime of our website. If its very urgent they answer within 3-5 hours. Meaning your site will be down for that time. If its not super urgent your ticket will not be answered until you ask multiple times within months.
This is the worst hoster I've had in my life and I hosted at 15 other companies before.
Their customer service is absolutely amazing. I had a ton of questions before signing up and they guided me through the ordering process and moved my site over from my old site. I'm already noticing the difference compared to my old provider. Really happy so far with the level of support and service!
Ordered a dedicated server with them, been with them for about 8 months now. No issues and support has been fantastic. A shout out to Matt and Gregory for solving issues quick.
