Real scumbags. I ordered a server, it took 27 hours to set up (they say 120 secs), Requested a cancellation and refund, they told me they couldn't refund as it was outside 24 hours. Paypal stepped in and processed it, and OVH helped themselves to more of my money the same day - outside of billing agreement terms. Not sure why I can't rate them zero. DO NOT SIGN UP. You will regret it.
Years ago, I started my own business selling VPS/webhosting etc. We rented various dedicated servers from OVH and made use of them, pushing them to their limits.
I was always thrilled with OVH's service and quality. Downtime was few and far between, and they are incredibly easy to reach. The price is unparalleled when compared to other companies.
I've been testing out OVH's new Sydney, Australia service and am completely impressed.
