You can get help through their online ticketing system, which is the preferred method, or you can use phone or other simple options. They are staffed 24/7 to help you and seem to be very responsive. I didn’t see any type of technical FAQ or knowledge base though, which would be a nice addition to their hosting services.
The hosting with this company is quite inexpensive. It starts at just .85 Euro per month and the highest end option is 8.50 per month. For what you’re getting, this is a pretty good deal. The low prices are an indication that they are targeting the entry level web user, so keep that in mind when choosing your hosting provider.
