I was skeptical about joining Vice Hosting, especially since I was aware that they just started this year, but this is the first host I've ever had with no issues whatsoever. The only downtime I received was scheduled maintenance. Luckily, they really try their best to communicate with their customers about stuff like this, so I was able to get CloudFlare up while they performed maintenance. Last time I contacted support, I was very surprised at how professional they spoke. I've got nothing bad to say!
I started with Vice Hosting around a month or so ago, and I've got to say, they have proven to be some of the most friendliest and fast people I've ever met. If I had an issue with something, I opened a ticket and almost always got a reply in under 2 hours! I've had no downtime in the 20 odd days of being with them. None! If this continues, I think I may have found my permanent host!
