Zoho Corporation announced two developments: the debut of a right-to-left (RTL) Arabic website builder for its Zoho Commerce platform, as well as the integration of its applications with Tap Payments, a prominent payment solutions provider in the Mena area.

Hyther Nizam, who serves the role of President at Zoho MEA, had the following to say:

In today’s economy, a digital presence is critical for businesses to survive and thrive, and we hope entrepreneurs here will take advantage of our technology to catapult their growth.

Zoho Commerce is now one of the few worldwide suppliers that provide a built-in RTL website builder, with no plugins, code settings, or premium templates required. With this functionality, more businesses in the MENA area, including SMEs with minimal resources, will be able to develop Arabic-language e-commerce sites.

Currently, the platform interacts with 13 prominent payment providers, including PayTabs, PayPal, 2Checkout, and Stripe. Tap Payments integration will be available shortly. The Tap Payments connection will allow Zoho users to take digital payments in a quick, secure, and frictionless manner. At the same time, it will assist businesses in improving their cash flow by being paid faster and lowering the costs associated with physical transactions.

With Zoho’s Tap Payments integration, companies can take multi-currency payments and provide their consumers with the ease of several local and worldwide payment choices, including mada, Knet, BenefitPay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The interface will be available across many Zoho products, including Zoho Books and VAT-compliant accounting software with e-invoicing capabilities in accordance with local legislation.

Ahmed Al Aradi, who serves the role of EVP of Business for Tap Payments, had the following to say:

We are excited to announce this partnership with Zoho and enable a seamless online payment experience to their merchants and customers. Similar to Tap, Zoho is a leader in the ecosystem that can now offer their customers easy access to the MENA payment ecosystem instantly without any integration requirements.

In 2021, Zoho expanded by 52% in the Middle East and Africa area, the company’s second-fastest-growing market. In addition, Zoho increased its partner network by 55% and quadrupled its headcount in the region.
