account - I looked into it and it was something well beyond anything I understood and it wasn't even related to any of my web apps, so it really seems to be an issue on their end. When I asked for help, they told me to hire a web developer to fix it.... It wasn't an issue that was even close to touching one of my websites. I have office 365 for one of my clients passing through the email and I'm not quite sure how to set that up myself- but as soon as I can figure out how to migrate it to a new host- I am done with webfaction. I can go somewhere else for half of what I pay for webfaction anyway- Stay Away from webfaction or who they just sold out to.
