I was scammed $60.98 USD by firevps
It's been 24 hours since I paid $60.98 USD via Bitcoin for RDP Japan. firevps.net has refused to deliver my order. I did write to their support on the website, but no response. Right now? Everything is looking like a scam. I got the email confirmation for the order. Below is what they said. I blurred my last name and domain name. firevps should kindly refund my money. I have the proof of payment and their Bitcoin Wallet.

Good service for 4 years straight so far
I rent a small vps here since april 2022. Use case: family vpn
1. Payment methods for my special needs. I cannot use mastercard/visa to pay, I’m happy to see them trying to make payments possible. Two years ago it was PerfectMoney (rip), now it’s Payssion. World tends to become disconnected again, but thanks to FireVPS team I’m sure we will figure out how do I pay for their services
2. I experienced one planned downtime that took ~24h and three downtimes that were swiftly handled through support, although once it was with ip address change. That’s it. Good enough.
3. Overall pricing is relatively low. I managed to get an annual tariff that is perfect (25$/year 1 core 512 MB unlimited net)
4. Managed to get additional ip for a special price for me (i wanted to pay annually, they’ve come up with a discount). This basically means that the support might make you an offer that meets your needs, which is really nice

The service is just about right, I recommend it to my friends, I recommend it to you too.
