I have been using Combell for years for domain buying, website building and hosting.
They are a bit more expensive than some other providers like for
... example Godaddy, but the customer support of Combell is the best in the market. Free calling number (in Belgium), very short waiting time (almost always immediately someone picks up the phone), very quick reply on e-mails (within 12 hours).
Other providers also offer good customer support, but calling to a US based phone number can be very expensive if they put you in wait or you have to call again and again because the connection is lost.
